How would you envision this working? A button so you can generate an advisor with a trait from a predetermined list, e.g. Silent Workhorse, Captain of Industry, Armaments Organiser, etc. and it will just create the person with a random name from taken from your country's name list (set in the misc tab), and the picture would be a generic portrait for the culture (set in in the misc tab)?

Yeah, something like this, just the click of a button, or a setting to just automatically do it, would be amazing. This would take probably hours worth of going back to each country making sure theres, Industry leaders, Political Figures, Military Leaders, Etc. This would help alot.
