The most frustrating thing in custom country creation is having to manually give them political advisors, etc. And it really starts to get annoying whenever you have 18+ countries. What I suggest is a button that auto-generates the government.

A button so you can generate an advisor with a trait from a predetermined list, e.g. Silent Workhorse, Captain of Industry, Armaments Organiser, etc. and it will just create the person with a random name from taken from your country's name list (set in the misc tab), and the picture would be a generic portrait for the culture (set in in the misc tab)?

Yes! Something like that, or just an easier way to make governments. It just feels very time consuming to create a government from scratch for a country, and having to do the same for the rest of your 27 countries.

Yeah, something like this, just the click of a button, or a setting to just automatically do it, would be amazing. This would take probably hours worth of going back to each country making sure theres, Industry leaders, Political Figures, Military Leaders, Etc. This would help alot.
