Old hoi4 modding website

So as you can see this is about the old hoi4 modding website.

In my opinion, I think that the old website holds up decently to this website. hoi4modding.com even has a typeable RGB for your custom country. Not to take away from this site or what Jorsta95 is building, but the old site is still viable for making mods. (only if you want to make mods pre-bfb). I just remembered this the old effect selector/ builder is better than the one we have now because it wasn't as cluttered as the current one. Thank you for reading a ramble of a sick (I have a bad cold) man.

I'm a new user, and can't even get access to the old site.

Ah, welcome to hoi4modding. I'm not sure why you can't unless you don't have an account on the old site, but that's all I can think that would limit your ability to access the site. also learn c++ if you want to do anything more then the basics.

I'm not new to the HOI4 modding scene as a whole, just this site. Apart from a few things it appears very useful indeed.

also learn c++ if you want to do anything more then the basics.

And I'll say to this that you're definitely correct, but you fail to mention how easy it is to copy and paste C++ made by other modders into my own mod if I want, which is almost certainly what I'm gonna do. Though tbf, it's the new DLC's mechanics that have brought me back to modding. Playing as Italy gave me SO many new ideas.
