Alright, I'll try to do it.

Although this could most likely not be the fault of the modding tool, I tried to upload the mod to the workshop to playtest it with a friend of mine, but for some strange reason when the game reverted back to base hoi4. I tried to create a test mod with a single country to test it out, and even then it still wouldn't work.

Yes! Something like that, or just an easier way to make governments. It just feels very time consuming to create a government from scratch for a country, and having to do the same for the rest of your 27 countries.

I'm having the issue with almost every country, although I found a workaround that you could just put the ideology of the country at 100 popularity and the rest on 0, I'm still not able to even it out with the other ideologies being other numbers.

 I've had this problem yet I was able to find out that it worked with the popularity was on 25.00, but if I switch to anything else that isn't 25.00, it doesn't seem to work at all.

The most frustrating thing in custom country creation is having to manually give them political advisors, etc. And it really starts to get annoying whenever you have 18+ countries. What I suggest is a button that auto-generates the government.

Been having this strange bug where the icons for the national spirits are squished. I don't know if this is the doing of the website, or something. They're custom, of course.

Now this may not really make sense at first but, it'd be nice to have a way to give a single province to a country. So you could make micro sized countries, similiar to Luxemborg.
