I really hope this site isnt dead, all it really needs, is the New HOI4 Map... its its biggest issue as of right now

perhaps, I just used this site to get a basic understanding of HOICl and for the states files

I don't think Jordsta95 is dead, just stopped the development of the site/ working on a big update. The last time Jordsta95 posted on any widely available right now is October 14th, 2022 (hoi4modding.com) followed by September 16th, 2022 (twitter.com). He also posted last on April 2020 and was last seen on June 5th, 2022 (https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/members/jordsta95.1173958/). Jorden also hasn't played Hearts of Iron 4 or any Paradox Interactive game in the past week (Steam.com). That is all of the information I have accumulated through 30 minutes of googling.
